Job Description

Role Summary
Ensure the right product mix at the right price to tap the opportunity in the brand for the concept to service the demand optimally

Key Job Responsibilities

Product Planning and Performance
Align buy with planning & finalize the sales, margin and inventory for the Brand
Ensure the order sheet/ system generated POs are sent on time
Ensure the product range and pricing strategy based on desired positioning to optimally tap the opportunity
Initiate buying as per OTB and ensure timely delivery and availability of stocks at the store
Discussing weekly (Beginning of the season) and later on fortnightly basis on delivery status and taking corrective measures to avoid any last minute issues to reduce lead time for deliveries
Regularly collect and analyze product feedback during store visits and sell through reports
Track competition in terms of product offering, business performance, promotions and offers
Manage vendor relationships. Regularly review performance of existing vendors for corrective actions every season
Procure right product at the right price along with the sourcing to ensure the customer has the most competitive price offering (Relative to competition)

Product Presentation

Ensure timely updation of planograms based on delivery
Work with the design/ sourcing team to get the samples from vendors for Marketing (Photo Shoot) / retail presentation
