Job Description

SUMMARY
Provide relevant financial guidance & support to the Concept/s through detailed insights and analysis in meeting performance objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Finance Function
Provide the season wise/monthly OTB as per agreed timelines.
Monitor performance & highlight exceptions in taking initiatives in meeting the targets.
Revenue assurance control promotions, validation & review of intake margins, markdowns & realized margins by ensuring contracted & targeted margins are realized.
Monitor performance and take steps in improving profitability.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations with all stake holders.
Represent Concept in automation projects.
Support Corporate in evaluating Business Decisions.

Financial/ Budgetary control
Drive budgeting & forecasting process for the Concept.
Profitability & variance analysis.
Provide EOSS discounting guidelines and control mark downs to meet budgeted margins.
Design, implement and ensure adherence to all business SOPs.
Supporting in completion of audits by Internal & External Auditors.

MIS
Single Point of Contact for all MIS needs of the Business.
Provide monthly financial provisions & information to Group Accounts & Corporate MIS Team for Royalties, distribution sales, margins, etc.

Vendor Management
Provide support to Business Team and Support functions in Vendor Lifestyle Management.
Provide support in addressing reconciliation queries.
