Role Summary

Drive the gift card business and maximize revenues from Space on Hire

Key Job Responsibilities

Gift Card Sales
Drive profitability of the Gift Card business
Drive and manage institutional and retail gift card business
SOP design, implementation and review for Gift Card business
Drive systems and processes to fine tune GV sales
Manage business partners and direct sales agents to drive GV sales
Proactively work with Regional Marketing Managers and Institutional Sales Managers to achieve Gift card sales objectives
Explore new trends in Gift card sales and newer technologies to maximize business including online redemption, 3rd party pre paid cards

Space on Hire
Maximize revenue from Space on Hire by providing solutions to increase visibility for brands and to drive conversions

People Management
Provide direction and align team to the department goals
Select, coach, manage and develop the team to continuously enhance performance
